The objective of this project was to support the implementation of Brazilian vocational training reference centers in the areas of smart energy, electromobility and sector coupling through various measures. Within these 'Centers of Excellence (CoE) for Energy Transition', practice relevant expertise is to be imparted and disseminated in a targeted manner so that renewable energies can be better integrated into the Brazilian energy system in the future. Topics to be covered include energy storage, charging infrastructure and electromobility. Training courses on these topics are to be offered to trainees and students pursuing postgraduate studies.
