The article addresses the economic feasibility of synthetic renewable fuels for aviation in Brazil. These new fuels, due to their technological innovation, are not yet produced and, for them to reach the market, large investments will be required. The article analyzes and compares various aspects of production and sale in different regions of the country in order to identify the best cost efficiency for synthetic fuels in Brazil. Among the highlighted aspects are the cost of renewable energy, the organization of the aviation market and the current infrastructure for the distribution of aviation fuel.
